About Christina

Hi, I’m Christina

I’m in a new chapter of my life, shifting into something slower, softer, and more aligned with how I want to live. After many years of teaching photography online and worldwide, I’ve decided to retire from that part of my work. I loved it deeply, but the fast-moving digital world, the constant online presence, and the never-ending changes began to take more time and space than felt right. It no longer aligned with my desire to spend far less time tied to a screen.

For more than 25 years I’ve worked with women in coaching, therapy, and self-development. Guiding women back to themselves has always been at the heart of my work, and that continues. Today I support women who long for calm, balance, and emotional grounding. Women who want to feel well inside their bodies and steady in their minds again.

Along the way I became certified in mindfulness, meditation, embodiment, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and pilates reformer. These practices changed everything for me. They helped me feel strong again, healthy again, and deeply present in my own life. And now, this is the work I’m passionate about sharing; healing mind, body, and soul through movement, meditation, and mindful living.

Because I’m committed to living a quieter and more analogue life, I no longer show up everywhere online. I share my teachings only through my FREE bi-weekly newsletter, Soulful Letters with Christina. And I’ll be on Instagram occasionally, when inspiration calls. But… No blog. No podcast. No big website. Just calm, thoughtful inspiration delivered directly, from my heart to yours.

Take what supports you, and let’s unfold this new season together.

Beyond my work, I live a simple and quiet life in Denmark. I'm married to Lars, my beloved companion for more than three decades. Together we have three grown children; a designer, a psychologist, and an artist, each creating their own path in the world. We also have a small white French bulldog who follows me everywhere and adds a bucket of everyday joy.

I divide my time between the vibrant energy of Aarhus city and the quiet countryside in southern Funen. I love both; the contrast keeps me balanced. The city feeds my curiosity and creativity, while the countryside gives me air, space, birdsong, and long walks with my camera and my dog.

In my home in Marselis, Aarhus, I meet private clients for individual coaching and mind-body sessions, which blend yin yoga, restorative yoga, nervous system regulation, meditation, posture correction, and mindfulness. These sessions are created to help the body recover, release stress and burnout, and slowly guide you back to yourself again.

Sessions are available in English or Danish, and they take place in person. If you’re interested in booking a session, simply reach out to me via email.

Remember that you're not a machine. You cannot optimize every second. You cannot work all day. You need downtime. You need to RESET your mind and nervous system. You need to stare at a wall. Do nothing. To MOVE your body. And have FUN. Rest is one of the most important foundations of a joyful and successful life. It’s how your brain resets, how your intuition becomes louder, and how your body heals from pain and stress. Rest isn’t stepping away from life. It’s how you show up fully alive instead of offering what’s left of you.
